Refunds are only eligible in the following situations:

✅ Technical Issues
If you experience a consistent technical error with the files that cannot be resolved, let us know with detailed information about the issue so we can assist or process your refund if necessary.

✅ Product Misrepresentation
If the delivered item doesn’t match the product description or something stated to be included is missing, contact us for review. Misrepresentation does not include personal opinions on quality or appearance.

❌ Refunds are not available if:

• You no longer need the product
• You found another product you prefer
• You changed your mind after purchase
• You lack the expertise in Canva to edit the product
• You purchased by accident and the product has been downloaded
• You believe the item is low quality without technical fault
• You’re unable to download due to your internet connection
• You cannot provide sufficient evidence of a claimed technical issue
• Your purchase was made over 30 days ago
